Introduction

If you agree with our terms and conditions, please let us know in writing and provide copies of all relevant notes and investigations (e.g. x-rays, scans). Please note new instructions are subject to a conflict of interest check. To help keep your costs down, appointments will not be sent out until all records are here.

Reporting

Medical reports once dictated by the expert will usually be sent out within 1-2 weeks, once it has been typed independently. You will receive an unsigned copy of the report along with the corresponding invoice. We kindly ask that the invoice is paid upon receipt, once we have received full payment, a signed copy of the report will be sent on.

We have a rigorous process to ensure our experts produce a comprehensive report, answering any specific questions provided. If corrections are required, our dedicated practice manager will ensure these are done swiftly, with changes usually completed within 7 days.

Fees

Details of our fees are available upon enquiry.

Payment

Please make payments via cheque or BACs transfer. If paying by BACs please include Rebus Medicolegal invoice number. Payment must be made within 30 working days of the invoice receipt. Please also send a remittance slip.

Medical records

Clinical records are accepted in electronic format. These will be destroyed on discharge of obligations with regard to the case.
